Curious about what your chart might offer?
If you're at a point of change, or simply want to explore your life from a different perspective, a psychological astrology consultation offers time and space to reflect.

You don't need to arrive with a clear question or know much about astrology. We can begin with what's on your mind and see what the symbolism of your chart brings into the conversation.

Psychological Astrology
A different perspective on where you are in life.
Sometimes the life we've built no longer feels quite right. We may be questioning familiar roles, reconsidering our direction or sensing that something is changing, without knowing exactly what comes next.

Psychological astrology offers a way to explore these questions through the symbolic language of your birth chart. It can help you reflect on recurring themes, inner tensions, strengths and possibilities, and consider how they relate to the life you're living now.

Not a set of answers about who you are or what will happen, but another perspective from which to explore your own story.
Understanding Your Nature
Psychological astrology approaches the birth chart as a symbolic map of personality, relationships, tensions and possibilities. Rather than treating planetary placements as fixed descriptions of who you are, we can use them as starting points for questions about your experience.

You might recognise a tension between independence and belonging, for example, or find yourself reflecting on familiar ways of responding to relationships, responsibility or change. Sometimes a symbol gives language to something you've sensed for a long time but haven't quite been able to articulate. At other times, it offers a perspective you hadn't considered before.

I also draw on Human Design as a complementary symbolic framework, particularly when exploring how you make decisions and relate to your own needs and preferences.

These systems don't define you or determine your choices. Their value lies in the questions they open up, the connections you make with your own experience, and the possibilities you discover as a result.
The interpretation is a conversation, not a verdict. You remain the authority on your own life, and you can decide what resonates, what doesn't, and what you want to take away.

In a consultation, we can use the chart to explore what feels significant in your life now, what you may be questioning, and which possibilities you want to give more attention to.

The aim isn't to tell you what your next chapter must look like. It's to help you reflect on where you are and approach what comes next with greater awareness.
The Cycles of a Life
Making sense of times of change.
There are periods when questions about identity, direction and belonging seem to come to the surface. A familiar way of living may no longer fit, or we may find ourselves reconsidering choices we once took for granted.

Astrology offers a symbolic language for reflecting on these periods and the themes they bring into focus. A Saturn return, for instance, is traditionally associated with questions of responsibility, commitment and the structures we're building our lives around. Midlife transits are sometimes explored in relation to changing priorities, freedom and the parts of ourselves we want to reclaim.

These astrological cycles aren't a timetable that dictates what you should experience. People move through change in different ways, and your circumstances, choices and relationships matter.
Choose Your Pathway
The Foundation
Focus: Your birth chart and Human Design
A consultation focused on the broader themes of your chart and what they might offer as a lens for understanding yourself. We'll explore recurring patterns, tensions, strengths and possibilities, connecting the symbolism to your lived experience.
Human Design can offer an additional perspective on decision-making and personal preferences. We'll consider what feels meaningful and useful to you, rather than trying to fit you into a system.
This consultation may suit you if you're curious about your chart and want to develop a deeper understanding of your recurring life themes and the different parts of yourself.
You might also explore how different parts of your nature interact, and how you can make room for seemingly contradictory needs or qualities.
The Horizon
Focus: Current cycles and the year ahead
A consultation focused on the period you're navigating now. We'll look at current astrological transits in relation to your birth chart and use them as prompts to explore the questions, changes and possibilities occupying your attention.
We might consider what is shifting, what feels ready for reconsideration, and where you want to direct your energy and attention in the coming months. Human Design may offer an additional perspective where relevant.
This consultation may suit you if you're at a crossroads, moving through a significant transition or looking for a reflective overview of the year ahead.
Neither consultation offers a fixed prediction of what will happen. Both are opportunities to explore your chart in relation to your own life and consider what you want to do with the insights you take from it.
How We Work Together
A psychological astrology consultation is a focused, 75-minute online session. Before we meet, I'll ask for your date, time and place of birth so I can prepare your chart.

During our session, we'll explore the symbolism of your chart and connect it with the questions, experiences or transitions you want to reflect on. I draw on imagery, archetypes and metaphor, as well as my background in therapeutic work, to help make the conversation thoughtful, grounded and relevant to your life.

You don't need prior knowledge of astrology or Human Design. You can bring a particular question or simply a sense that you'd like to understand something differently.

Following the consultation, you'll receive a personalised PDF guide to return to in your own time. Depending on the focus of our session, it may include chart themes, relevant transits and reflective prompts or practices to help you continue exploring what we've discussed.

This work is separate from ongoing counselling. It isn't a substitute for mental health care, and it doesn't offer definitive answers about your future. It's an opportunity to pause, explore a different perspective and decide for yourself what feels meaningful.
